Social Media Coordinator

**What is the role?**
We are searching for a self-motivated and _experienced Real Estate_ Social Media coordinator to be accountable for activities related to communications, client experience and brand development. The objective of this role is to oversee and execute a consistent online presence and social media strategy that is aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives.
**What will you do?**
- Create, publish and promote content on social media including all Coming Soon/New Listing/Open House/Sold description captions, Realtor spolights, team events etc.
- Manage day-to-day tasks such as editing, posting, answering questions from followers and replying to comments on our social media channels. _Must be willing to monitor and respond on evenings, weekends and holidays as needed_
- Moderating conversations and growing our organization’s online community presence via social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Vimeo, LinkedIn and YouTube to generate brand awareness, loyalty, and leads
- Create, publish and promote content on social media, usually by scheduling it in advance with the help of a content calendarlogs, charity and social events
- Manage all paid and organic lead generation efforts across social media channels
- Identify and network with key influencers in our industry to spread our brand message, making valuable connections
- Work with Leadership, Marketing Manager and graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Cultivate creative ideas to stimulate client interaction via social media platforms
- Work closely with Leadership and Sales teams to better understand their needs as well as client needs
- Keep abreast of competitive programs and social media opportunities, consistently providing best advice on how we can better leverage ourselves
- Whatever it takes to build our brand and provide exceptional service to our clients
- Other duties as assigned
**What will you need?**
- _At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar role within the residential real estate industry_
- Post-secondary education in digital marketing preferred
- Effective communication skills across all social media networks to build brand awareness and online community engagement
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and analytics capabilities including: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vimeo, YouTube and Instagram

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
