We’re Trend Family—a creative family brand whose content reaches **millions of parents, couples, and families across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.**

As we grow, we’re looking for a **Family & Content Assistant** to help keep our brand and family life running smoothly. This is a unique part-time role combining administrative support, creative content tasks, and family assistance in a fun, fast-paced environment.

You’ll work primarily out of our home, where we film most of our content, and occasionally on-location for brand campaigns, events, and family trips. Must be open to **travel (local and international)** for brand shoots and projects as needed.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support shoots: prep props, assist with set-up, take behind-the-scenes photos/videos
- Edit simple content for Instagram/TikTok (using Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools)
- Run errands (pickups, returns, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Assist with family logistics—keep our kids engaged and happy while we’re filming
- Act as our point of contact on shoot days: coordinate with brands, locations, and vendors as needed
- Travel as required **(local GTA and international trips)** to support brand campaigns, events, and family travel

**Preferred Skills & Requirements**
- Experience in admin, assisting, or social media/content creation is a plus (but not required—we’re willing to train the right fit)
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar tools
- Comfortable creating content using cameras, drones, and smartphones (iPhone)
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local errands/travel
- Ability to travel internationally for short trips (passport required)
- Based in or near Ajax, ON

**Location**: Primarily in-home (Ajax, ON) with travel as needed (GTA + international)
