**POSTING 1**

We are seeking ONE dedicated Full-Time Direct Support Professional.

A valid driver's license, valid insurance and a motor vehicle records check, in good standing are required for POSTING 1.

Week 1 = 24 hours
- Monday - 4 hrs flexible and 4 pm to 7 pm
- Wednesday - 8 am to 10 am/10 am to 12 pm
- Thursday - 8 am to noon
- Friday - 9 am to noon/ 3 pm to 5 pm
- Saturday - 1 pm to 5 pm

Week 1 = 32 hours
- Sunday - 8 am to 9 am/10 am to 1 pm/2 pm - 7 pm
- Monday - 4 hrs flexible and 4 pm to 7 pm
- Wednesday - 8 am to 10 am/10 am to 12 pm
- Thursday - 8 am to noon
- Friday - 9 am to noon/ 3 pm to 8 pm

**POSTING 2**

We are seeking ONE dedicated Part Time Direct Support Professional.

A valid driver's license, valid insurance and a motor vehicle records check, in good standing are required for POSTING 2.

Week 1 = 20 hours
- Sunday - 10 pm to 8 am
- Tuesday - 12 pm to 4 pm
- Wednesday - 8 am to 11 am
- Thursday - 9 am - 12 pm

Week 1 = 20 hours
- Monday - 4 pm to 7 pm
- Tuesday - 12 pm - 4 pm
- Wednesday - 8 am to 11 am
- Friday - 10 pm to 8 am

**Summary of Responsibilities**:
Support the desire of individuals to live a good, rich and varied life as full citizens. Seek and facilitate opportunities within the community to help build and nurture relationships with family, friends, neighbours and community members. Seek and facilitate employment, lifelong learning, leisure and/or volunteer opportunities, as articulated in Person-Centered Plans.

Provide support to individuals based on personal strengths and needs. Some tasks could include, but are not limited to, assisting with:

- Daily living skills
- Personal care
- Health-related needs, including medication administration

Enhance an individual’s self-determination through:

- Provision of full information/options available;
- Support follow-through on personal decisions;
- Provision of information about exercising rights and corresponding responsibilities; and
- Encouraging people to explore, define and choose what makes a ‘good life’ for them.

**Qualifications**:

- Developmental Services Worker diploma and/or personal and/or work-related experience in the area of human/social services; post-secondary education is preferred
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check specific to the Alice Saddy Association, First Aid/CPR and CPI certification or willingness to obtain
- Proof of being fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (to be provided upon hire)

Starting wage rate: $24.71/hour.
