The Alice Saddy Association is a dynamic, community-based organization that provides a range of individualized, one on one supports to people with developmental disabilities. We envision a welcoming, diverse and inclusive community where all people are valued and contributing citizens.

The schedule below is fixed and therefore not flexible:
Week 1 (40hrs):

- Sunday - 10pm to 8am
- Monday - 10pm to 8am
- Thursday - 10pm to 8am
- Friday - 10pm to 8am

Week 2 (30hrs):

- Monday - 10pm to 8am
- Tuesday - 10pm to 8am
- Saturday - 10pm to 8am

This role:

- Requires sleeping in a designated area of the person's home.
- Possible interruptions of sleep to support people with personal care.

This positions offers regular hours of work, relief hours, competitive wages and employee benefits, as well as opportunities for career advancement.

**Qualifications**:

- Developmental Services Worker diploma and/or personal and/or work-related experience in the area of human/social services; post-secondary education is preferred
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Police Record Check, specific to the Alice Saddy Association
- First Aid and CPR + AED and CPI certification, or willingness to obtain
- Proof of being fully vaccinated for Covid-19 (to be provided upon hire)

Overnight starting sleep rate: $18.73/hour.
