**Join Our Team at Oceanside Optometry Clinic**

We are a well-established and respected optometric practice with locations in the beautiful communities of Parksville and Nanaimo. We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. **Optometric Technician**

Wage: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour (based on experience and training)

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and compassionate individual with a positive attitude to join our dynamic eye care team. This full-time position (Monday to Friday - no weekends or evenings) includes:

- Performing preliminary diagnostic testing using state-of-the-art equipment
- Supporting patient care and clinic operations
- General front desk and reception duties

**Opportunities for growth**:
We offer on-site training and support for those interested in expanding into areas such as specialty dry eye treatments, contact lens fittings, or optical dispensing.

2. **Ophthalmic Dispenser / Licensed Optician**

Wage: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

We are seeking a motivated and personable team member to help guide patients in choosing eyewear and managing their visual needs. This full-time role (Monday to Friday - no evenings or weekends) includes:

- Consulting with patients to determine eyewear solutions
- Fitting and adjusting glasses and contact lenses
- Assisting with frame inventory and dispensary operations
