We are looking for a Full time team member to join our administrative support team for weekdays. At Opto-mization we want our administration to be friendly, qualified, and knowledgeable as they are dependent on for key communication for all parts of our company. Your career with us will not be your typical administrative support job. **Duties Include**:

- Greeting clients
- Efficiently answering patients’ questions and requests
- Booking appointments for multiple departments
- Taking payments and balancing cash
- Editing and sending reports
- Optical pre-testing with patients (training will be provided)
- An understanding of medical and optical terms (training can/will be provided)
- Filing, faxing, scanning and inventory management
- Patient and 3rd party billing (training will be provided )
- Opening and closing of the clinic
- Other duties as requested
- Cleaning and tidying the office

**A final note**: Opto-mization is currently growing, which means that people's roles have the potential to change as the company grows and expands. - The tuition reimbursement is for optician school with a contract to continue working at Opto-mization for a specified number of years after school is completed.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Optical: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
