A combination of it both would be amazing 1534 Coffee First Nations coffee company is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to interact with mallgoers, distribute our delicious coffee, and promote our subscription program. If you have a knack for engaging customers and a passion for coffee, we'd love to hear from you Positions at various malls are available such as Hillcrest Mall (Richmond Hill), Upper Canada Mall (Newmarket),

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coffee Promotion**: Engage with mall visitors, offer free samples of our organic coffee, and effectively communicate the benefits of our subscription program.
- **Sales**: Utilize your sales skills to convert interested customers into subscribers, meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to the growth of our customer base.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with our coffee offerings, subscription plans, and promotional campaigns to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**: Ensure that the coffee station and surrounding area are clean, organized, and visually appealing.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous sales experience is required, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a passion for coffee.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability to work during mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
