**The Job**
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle repair needs.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers.
- Schedule jobs, assign tasks, and make sure work is done safely and on time.
- Maintenance & Repair of all types of Trucks & Trailers, School Bus, Heavy and light Truck
- Capable of perform Commercial Vehicle Inspections
- Inspect equipment for defects and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
- Repair and replace defective parts, components and/or systems
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance and that it meets or exceeds manufacturer's specifications

**Qualifications**
- Strong mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills
- Excellent customer service
- Previous experience in a dealership or as a mechanic is an asset
- Ability to manage service operations effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
