We offer internet bidding, appraisals, and custom auction proposals to meet your specific challenges.

Team Auction's main office is in Drayton Valley, Alberta. We have 5 locations in total (Drayton Valley, Edmonton, Fairview, Taber and Kamloops, BC).
- **Main Objective**_

The main objective of the Client Service Representative at Team Auctions is to provide support to customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while administering an auction sale.
- **Responsibilities**_

Offer the highest level of customer service to our customers by:

- Understanding and accurately educate clients on our service offerings and utilizing Team Auctions as a benefit while upholding the reputation of Team Auctions.
- Communicate with our customers regarding their consignments, online bidding experience, purchases, relevant updates and proper management of customer feedback and complaints.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional products or services to customers.

Facilitate general office administration (opening/closing the sales office, phone reception, Team Auctions inbox management and office environment/inventory management).

Conduct routine activities for administering an auction sale accurately and efficiently
- Contract Management for walk in customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions via our Company Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Collect and manage consignment supporting documents (registrations, CVIPs, workorders, etc.) and collectively curate document packages for buyers.
- Update online Asset Listings to indicate supporting documentation.
- Operate with company software platforms to import/export sale records.
- Invoice successful bidders, process buyer payments, collect outstanding payments (AR calls) and assist with consignor settlements.
- Assist Management Team regarding Consignor Holdbacks
- **Qualifications**_
- Minimum 3 years customer service experience required.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong computer literacy skills
- **Working Conditions**_
- Long periods sitting in front of a computer.
- Overtime must be pre-approved by the manager.
- **Physical Requirements**_

May have to lift up to 50lbs.
- **Motion Parameters**_

Required to climb stairs, walk, sit or stand for long periods of them.
- **Vision and Hearing Requirements**_

The ability to judge distances when loading/unloading and placing excepted.
- **Psychological Demands**_

Expected to make quick decisions, supervise workers, problem solve, read or write, speak publicly, or interpret data.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable, proactive and be able to multitask.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and/or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
