Etobicoke, Canada Addiction Rehab Toronto Full time

Addiction Rehab Toronto is seeking an experienced Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping others. This position would support our clients and clinical team by being an active participant of the team and facilitating individual and group therapy sessions.

This individual must be able to work well under pressure and perform well in crisis situations.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Complete individual and group therapy sessions based on CBT and/or DBT modules in a clinical setting.
- Utilize a client-centred approach
- Create and maintain progress notes for each client, reports and any other written material required, in timely matter.
- Meet with the Clinical Director and staff to ensure proper interventions are being implemented
- Team player, able to work collaboratively with other disciplines
- Maintain the values and goals set by Addiction Rehab Toronto
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism is maintained with the utmost dignity
- Attend and contribute to weekly clinical and programming meetings
- Provide mentorship to clinical staff in regards to client-goals
- Report to the Clinical Director

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health or other related health field;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working as a Psychotherapist.
- Carry professional liability insurance;
- Be a member in good standing with a college or professional association
- Able to work independently as a team and provide detailed and accurate reports
- Maintain knowledge, skills, and abilities through professional and ethical standards
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Psychotherapy: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $32.00-$36.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON M9V 1P9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Psychotherapy: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CRPO (required)
