**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain excellent attendance record
- Responsible for estimating, sales, management of jobs and projects provided in compliance with company objectives
- Ensure project and sales schedules are met with direct involvement from our drafting & shop departments
- Control job costs, materials and installation of projects
- Follow up with customers and clients to ensure all needs are met
- Improve process and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement policies and procedures to maximize output and organization of projects
- Manage customer support with the help of Operation manager
- Discuss strategic input and implementation with director
- Ensure communication with accounting for prompt and complete billing information
- Ensure communication with Project Coordinators/ Procurement/Shipping to expedite delivery of projects in a timely manner

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a fabrication/ Sales environment
- Effective communication skills to provide necessary information in a timely and accurate manner
- Customer service orientation and the ability to foster that mentality with the team
- Ability to act with as well as promote ethical behavior
- Ability to anticipate business needs and plan accordingly
- Strong organizational skills to maintain records for personnel, schedules, and issues
- Ability to collaborate and encourage employee engagement to achieve productivity goals

**Health & Safety Responsibilities**:

- Active participation in company safety program
- Thorough knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to promote and enforce safety rules and procedures
- Communication, monitoring and maintaining compliance with company safety rules, policies, practices, procedures and applicable legislation
- Maintain a safety-first priority
- Report safety incidents, accidents, and near misses in a timely manner

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour
