**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to completion
- Plan and execute projects and manage schedules in a timely manner
- May do site visits with salesperson to understand complexity and provide input regarding site constraints, labor needs, etc.
- Manage project details for accuracy.
- Communicate with the estimating & drafting team.
- Ensure timely and complete delivery of parts, equipment and materials
- Do inspections after work has been completed, maybe do final inspection with client to verify satisfaction.
- Submit completion reports, photos and budget reviews (if applicable).
- Accurately measure and verify material and identification as per assembly drawing requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, procedures & practices
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand project requirements and client expectations
- Delegate and supervise tasks carried out by the project coordinator and field teams
- Coordinate timelines, resources, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintain communication with clients throughout project execution
- Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks
- Track budgets, costs, and profitability of each project
- Ensure quality standards, safety, and compliance with regulations
- Prepare reports for management on project status and performance
- Help improve operational efficiency in installations and logistics

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of project management experience (Agriculture & Dairy)
- Strong knowledge of livestock facility systems and farm infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management software and reporting tools
- PMP or equivalent certification is an asset

**Health & Safety Responsibilities**:

- Active participation in company safety program
- Thorough knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to promote and enforce safety rules and procedures
- Communication, monitoring and maintaining compliance with company safety rules, policies, practices, procedures and applicable legislation
- Maintain a safety-first priority
- Report safety incidents, accidents, and near misses in a timely manner
