**Manufacturing Operator**
- Operate and oversee equipment involved in the manufacturing process to produce pharmaceutical products.
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe, clean workspace.
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery and help with troubleshooting to ensure consistent, reliable operation.
- Track production processes and make any necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards and efficiency.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of materials and production activities.
- Work closely with your team and supervisors to meet output goals and deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus, pharmaceutical, food or cosmetic.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to carefully follow instructions.
- Strong documentation skills and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good mechanical ability and solid math skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

**Opérateur de production**
- Exploiter et surveiller les équipements utilisés dans le processus de fabrication pour produire des produits pharmaceutiques.
- Suivre toutes les consignes de sécurité et d’hygiène pour maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire.
- Effectuer l’entretien de base des machines et participer au dépannage afin d’assurer un fonctionnement constant et fiable.
- Surveiller les processus de production et effectuer les ajustements nécessaires pour garantir la qualité et l’efficacité des produits.
- Tenir des registres détaillés et précis des matériaux utilisés et des activités de production.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec votre équipe et les superviseurs pour atteindre les objectifs et respecter les échéances.

Compétences et expérience requises:

- Une expérience préalable en production ou en milieu manufacturier est un atout, notamment dans les secteurs pharmaceutique, alimentaire ou cosmétique.
- Excellente attention aux détails et capacité à suivre les instructions de manière rigoureuse.
- Bonne capacité de documentation et souci constant de l’exactitude.
- Bonne aptitude mécanique et solides compétences en mathématiques.
- À l’aise dans un environnement de travail rapide et collaboratif.
