We are currently looking for an **Order Entry Specialist **to join our team in **Waterloo, ON.**

**Position Summary**:
Onward Manufacturing is looking to add a detail-oriented team player to our Order Entry department. The incumbent will play a key role in communicating with our dealer network, answering questions from our sales team and working with our distribution facilities all to foster a customer focused environment.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Enter dealer purchase orders into our ERP
- Respond to dealer inquiries
- Provide accurate estimated time of delivery/arrival
- Run reports regularly to ensure timely communications with relevant parties
- Answer dealer calls

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent at multi tasking
- Reliable and dedicated to supporting the team
