The Cours du Moulin residence is happy to accommodate autonomous and semi-autonomous elderly people. We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time dining room manager position.

**:
Schedule: Monday to Friday variable schedule between 9:30 a.m. and 7 p.m. with one weekend out of 2

**Salary**: to be discussed

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with kitchen employees to ensure good teamwork
- Contribute and ensure the maintenance of the cleanliness of the dining room by taking on some household chores, in collaboration with the whole team
- Greet residents in the dining room and ensure their comfort
- Perform other related duties
- See to the preparation of cold dishes and desserts
- Take orders, note specific requests from residents and follow up in the kitchen
- Welcome customers and ensure the integration of new residents by offering them an adequate table

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- knowledge of a Maitre D's responsibilities (an asset)
- At lease 3 to 5 years of experience in restoration
- Good communication
- Good team player
