**Job Description**

As a Customer Service Agent at Prime Vape, you will be an integral part of our customer-centric team. You'll play a key role in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience with our products/services is nothing short of outstanding.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues promptly and accurately
  • Provide assistance and offer alternatives in the event of missing or unavailable products
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year experience in customer service role
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze information and problem-solve effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel, CRM systems
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
