The **Customer Service Representative - Supply Chain **manages necessary communications, exchange of information and measurement of performance internally and liaises with key customers’ supply chain partners. This role will be responsible for Celtrade’s end-to-end customer service for all Canadian accounts.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Enter purchase orders into Deacom inventory system; ensure inventory is produced on time to fill orders
- Invoice shipped orders and send to various customers
- Owns and manages key supply chain KPI, On-Time In-Full (OTIF) fulfillment of customer orders; maintains a minimum of 98% OTIF rate
- Oversees customer service in order in-intake and fulfillment activities; actively communicates and resolves issues
- Ensure production schedule is aligned to meet customer service demands on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis; Communicates with and ensures material supply plan to fulfill production plans
- Liaise with various trucking carriers and 3PLs to arrange shipments
- Maintain accurate ship dates for all open purchase orders
- Coordinate transfers of inventory for quality or sample requirements on as an needed basis
- Other duties as may be assigned by management

**Education**
- Post-secondary diploma or certification in related field (Operations, Supply Chain, business or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or retail environment

**Attributes**
- Organized with the ability to track and manage physical paperwork
- Highly attentive to detail - many orders will be entered into our systems manually
- Self-driven, team-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and accuracy
- Familiar with aspects of the food safety

**Responsibility for food safety**
- Responsible for reporting food safety problems to DCI/SQF Practitioner who will initiate appropriate corrective action.
