Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. The role involves managing client relationships, consulting with buyers, sellers, and investors to meet their real estate needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include showcasing properties, guiding clients through the buying and selling processes, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge on market trends to provide strategically valuable advice to clients.
Qualifications
- A valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property and Real Estate transactions
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate, build relationships, and close deals
- Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area real estate market and a proven ability to monitor market trends
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong networking skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in industry technology and tools is a plus
What You Will Be Doing
- Working with buyers and sellers under team support
- Assisting with showings, open houses and client follow-ups
- Supporting pre-construction and project sales initiatives
- Learning pricing strategy, negotiations and offer preparation
- Using our CRM and systems to manage leads and clients
- Building your personal brand under the FIRM. Real Estate Group platform
What We Are Looking For
- Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Ontario (or in the final stages of licensing)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Professional, coachable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Interest in new-build, pre-construction and project sales is an asset
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as required
