- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the team.

**Requirements**:

- English fluency required: Intermediate
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety practices related to custodial work.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate team members to achieve high-performance standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
