We are seeking a Tool Assembler / CNC Tool Balancer and CNC Grinding Operator. You will learn the assembly of cutting tools proficiently, learn a CNC balancing machine and be introduced to a varaiety of CNC Operated machines as necessary.

Assembly Responsibilities:

- Read prints and assembly tools as appropriate.
- Check parts for accuracy on measuring equipment.
- Cross train in other areas to ensure efficient use of time.

CNC Balancing Responsibilities:

- Read prints for dimensions for programming
- Operate and mark tooling imbalances
- Operate drilling / milling to balance tools.

CNC Operator Responsibilities:

- Read prints and run programs as appropriate.
- Adjust offsets to bring tools into tolerance.
- Check parts for accuracy on measuring equipment.

Qualifications:

- No experience required.
- On the job training will be done.
- Beneficial to have moderate math skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
