**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and SolidWorks files to understand project requirements.
- Program CNC equipment using Fanuc controls to ensure accurate machining processes.
- Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using calipers and other measuring tools to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
- Collaborate with team members in assembly tasks and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

**Skills**
- Proficient in CNC programming, with experience using Fanuc controls.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various machining equipment.
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, CAD software, and blueprint reading techniques.
- Experience with machining processes, including assembly, welding, and lean manufacturing practices.
- Competence in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely and effectively.
