There will be ample opportunity to take on greater responsibility, overcome challenges, and meaningfully contribute to the team.About the RoleJoin Hacksmith as a CNC Operator and help bring real-life superhero tech to life You’ll produce precision parts for The Smith Blade , operate and maintain CNC machines, and ensure every piece meets our high standards. This is hands-on, fast-paced work in a creative shop where your skills directly shape what millions will see online.Shift work: morning and afternoon, Open Monday through Sunday. Full time hours, Hourly pay.What You’ll DoCNC operationLoading and running programs on both Siemens 828D Control & Haas NGC ControlLoading and unloading palletsFresh material need to be loaded into pallets, and semi finished parts moved to other palletsPallets need to switched out in the machinesQCMeasuring parts from the machineReplacing broken and worn out milling cuttersOrganize and label parts clearly and accurately.Adhere to all safety standards and keep workstation clean and organized.Coordinate the safe storage of materials in locations where access is easy for the QA and assembly.Provide daily reports on production.Liaise with Shop Manager and Production Manager pertaining to machine maintenance and performance.About YouThe CNC Operator will be a highly skilled professional, possessing excellent attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude.
