**About this role**:
The Compliance Analyst ensures the company's policies align with country-specific labor laws by assessing practices, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions. They conduct ongoing research on regulatory changes and collaborate with the Employee Relations team through communication and training. The role coordinates compliance activities across JET and focuses on UK and Canada employment standards, with additional countries.

**What's On Your Plate**
- Monitor and communicate legislative changes impacting People at JET to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct research on employment laws, minimum wage changes, and flexible work policies.
- Design and update global Employee Relations policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Centralize and standardize policy documentation across 15+ countries into a unified framework.
- Assess regional compliance risks and provide recommendations to leadership for improvement.
- Develop governance structures, including SOPs and document management systems.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to align policies with regulatory requirements.
- Provide compliance advice to employee relations (ER) and cross-functional departments to drive a compliance culture.
- Deliver training sessions on key employee relations (ER) topics, including grievance handling and process updates.
- Provide regular updates to the employee relations (ER) Leadership Team and track key compliance metrics.
- Support critical business projects, including restructures and new global initiatives.
- Track global minimum wage changes and provide timely updates to the Total Rewards team.
- Assist with privacy audits to ensure compliance with local and global standards.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure adherence to local laws and regulations.

**Recipe for Success**
- Diploma in Business, HR, Analytics, or Immigration preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in analytics or compliance roles.
- Strong understanding of multi-country compliance and regulatory risks.
- Expertise in interpreting laws and ensuring adherence across jurisdictions.
- Ability to track and adapt to evolving regulatory changes.
- Skilled in developing and implementing company-wide policies.
- Experience advising on complex compliance matters.
- Proven ability to manage audits and investigations.
- Strong communication skills for policy education.
- Proficiency in risk management oversight.
- English language proficiency.
