Our platform makes it simple for travelers to manage their eSIMs without the hassle of physical SIM cards, ensuring instant mobile data access across multiple countries and regions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Help customers navigate the NewSIM platform and understand the available plans.
- Address customer complaints or escalations with a positive attitude and a focus on resolution.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to the management team to improve service and platform usability.
- Collaborate with the technical team to address and resolve more complex issues.
- Assist in developing and maintaining a customer support knowledge base.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in tech or telecom.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic technical knowledge of mobile devices and eSIM technology (training will be provided).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
