As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our firm. You will play a key role in promoting our tax preparation and accounting services to potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth..

**Responsibilities**
- As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our firm. You will play a key role in promoting our tax preparation and accounting services to potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online research.
- Promote our tax preparation and accounting services to individuals and businesses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Familiarity with tax preparation and bookkeeping services.
- Collaborate with our team to understand and address client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the firm's growth.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in financial services or accounting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or accounting industry
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

**Commission Structure**:

- Competitive base salary with a generous commission structure.
- Commission based on the number of new clients acquired and the revenue generated.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex tax preparation and accounting services clearly and honestly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $16.55-$36.66 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
