We are currently seeking a Junior Pastry Chef to join our expanding pastry production team.

This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a globally celebrated patisserie known for its commitment to excellence, classical French pastry techniques, and uncompromising standards. You will work alongside the Ladurée Pastry Chef at our Pastry Laboratory located in Burnaby, contributing to the creation of exquisite pastries while learning from the best.

**PROFILE**:
Minimum 1 year of pastry making working experience required

Completion of designated culinary schooling

Food Safe Level 1 & 2 Certification

Ability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays

Ability to multi-task and appreciation to detail

Proficient communication skills (in English)

** Able to do early morning commute to Burnaby

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES**:
Strictly and precisely follow instructions by LADUREE Pastry Chefs in production process

Complete assigned pastry production and daily preparation tasks with quality and precision

Maintain organized and clean prep/work area

Work closely with teammates to support the completion of daily production and cleaning tasks

High attention to detail with regards to product presentation and quality

Ability to multi-task, ask for support and support others

**Schedule**:
8-hour shifts - one weekend day required.
