**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing exceptional food service.
