The **Dilawri BC Region** is currently looking to fill a position of **HR Administrator
- People & Culture**.** **This individual will join the regional shared service team and gain experience collaborating with all levels of the organization

**Essential Duties**:

- Assist with Human Resource onboarding functions for all BC dealerships
- Facilitate orientations for new hires
- Aide with monthly headcount reporting for all locations
- Support staff with disability management and WCB Injury forms
- Assist in creating disciplinary letters and performance management
- Assist with HR Projects as needed

**All successful applicants must possess the following qualities**:

- 1-2 years’ administrative experience.
- HR Diploma or Degree would be an asset.
- Attention to detail is a must
- Highly flexible and ability to work in team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- In-depth knowledge required with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Must be flexible and have the ability to manage ever changing priorities.
- Advanced analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities
- HR experience preferably in an Automotive industry or manufacturing environment would be an asset.
