**YOUR MISSION**

The Digital Analyst will be responsible for proposing digital solutions to reach our business targets in terms of acquisition (SEO) and conversion. Customer data analysis and user experience (UX) are his or her main concerns. He establishes hypotheses by measuring current journeys, proposes optimizations and/or tests by working closely with the digital design teams. He or she also acts as an advisor to the various business lines, making digital recommendations that meet their needs while improving the customer journey.

The Digital Analyst will participate in different types of projects with a global scope such as various web redesign projects, different e-commerce integrations/optimizations, a loyalty program and more.

**You will be recognized for**:

- Identify and analyze business needs in order to propose effective digital solutions;
- Ensure that the solutions developed are in line with business needs, and that they are measurable using key performance indicators (KPIs);
- Develop clear analytical requirements so that solutions can be properly monitored;
- Meet with the various project stakeholders to gather the information needed to write the tasks that will serve as a reference for the developers;
- Create requirements for future user interfaces or mock-ups (Figma), get involved in the design process;
- Participate in meetings as SME to propose Martech solutions in line with business requirements;
- Lead and organize meetings to popularize a project's technical concepts to a marketing or other business audience);
- Participate in user behavior research activities (A/B tests, User Tests, etc.);

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/business administration/marketing or equivalent;
- At least 5-8 years' experience in the web field as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Functional Analyst or Product Owner;
- Strong communication skills to popularize digital concepts to a sales and business audience;
- Ability to prevent and communicate risky changes;
- Good problem-solving skills;
- Ability to maintain good relations with customers and colleagues;
- Results-oriented approach;
- Mastery of UX/UI and Design System concepts;
- Versatility and ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment;
- A good knowledge of numerous technological platforms & digital concepts such as CMS (SiteCore, an asset), HTML, SEO, CRM, Google Analytics 4, Data layer, API flows ;
- Experience in marketing research, A/B testing & user testing;
- Experience with UX observation tools such as Microsoft Clarity;
- Bilingualism in French and English, with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Jira is an asset;
- Experience in project mode in an Agile environment, an asset;
- Experience in the entertainment industry, an asset.
