Sales Administrator

**Duties**:
- Stock in new and used vehicles
- Complete vehicle funding packages with various lenders
- Post vehicle sales deals and manage vehicle incentive payments
- Complete dealer trade transactions
- Process warranty payments
- Assist with Payroll entry and processing
- Maintain organized records of invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate files for audit purposes and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
**Experience**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or related coursework in accounting or finance preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or accounting support is a benefit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
