- **Team Leader - Cosmetics (Aberdeen Store)**_
**Responsibilities**
- Offer outstanding customer service by welcoming and assisting customers with their beauty and skincare-related queries.
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand customers' beauty goals, preferences, and concerns.
- Recommend and demonstrate a variety of beauty products, including cosmetics, skincare items, and makeup tools, tailored to customer needs.
- Maintain a pristine and organized beauty section, ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of products, tools, and displays.
- Exceed sales targets by proactively promoting and upselling beauty products.
- Monitor and report stock levels, sales performance, customer feedback, pricing strategies, and market trends to management.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless customer experiences, effective issue resolution, and store success.
- Maintain up-to-date and relevant content on the promotion display tablet.
- Provide comprehensive training to new team members and Sales Associates.
- Support in-store events by preparing merchandising mix, managing operational flow, engaging customers, and acting as a promoter during events.
- Uphold a professional appearance and attitude while adhering to the company dress code.

- Display genuine enthusiasm for beauty trends and products.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage customers effectively.
- Swiftly grasp knowledge of diverse beauty products, especially cosmetics and skincare.
- Develop familiarity with various brands, ingredients, and benefits.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of beauty and skincare concerns.
- Proficient in makeup techniques and tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service through a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Display flexibility in adapting to changing work priorities.
- Possess strong organizational abilities to maintain an immaculate beauty department.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in alignment with store hours.
