As a Counter Sales person at Andrew Sheret Limited, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support at the front lines of our business. This position requires a deep understanding of plumbing, heating, HVAC, irrigation, pumps, filtration, and waterworks products, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to meeting customer needs efficiently.

Wage is $24.65 per hour. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience and/or education.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers entering the store
- Answer customer questions and assist them in making informed purchasing decisions
- Recommend specific products or services based on customers needs
- Process cash transactions
- Inform customers of promotions and sales
- Keep up to date with knowledge of new and existing products
- Write up and pull sales orders
- Put away and organize stock
- Load and off load vehicles

**Essential**:

- Experience in counter sales, preferred, will train the right applicant
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work well with others
- Knowledge of successful sales tactics
- Ability to multi-task
- Great time management skills
- Completion of Grade 12
- Capable of lifting 50lbs or more
