**Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant**
Join the dynamic team at Northfleet Group Inc., a leading concrete contractor dedicated to delivering unparalleled services. As our full-time Administrative Assistant based in Kingston, ON, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Welcome and assist visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
2. Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring seamless availability.
3. Coordinate office cleanliness and orderliness.
4. Support project organization and document management.
5. Assist in scheduling and coordinating management calendars.
6. Handle correspondence and maintain communication channels.
7. Facilitate travel arrangements and logistics.
8. Maintain filing systems and assist with data entry.
9. Prepare reports and documentation as required.
10. Provide administrative support across departments.
11. Assist with event coordination and office celebrations.
12. Liaise with vendors and service providers.
13. Perform basic accounting tasks such as expense reporting and purchase orders.
14. Support meeting logistics and record minutes.
15. Take direction from Dan Obress and assist in all tasks as directed by direct manager.
**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, construction industry knowledge preferred.
2. Proficiency in office management systems and equipment.
3. Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
8. Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
