**Job Summary**

About us: Creative Asphalt & Landscape Inc does paving, landscaping & winter maintenance. We are a small family owned business. You would be working with a great crew that works as a team.

**Duties**
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Organize quotes/contracts & information with team leads.
- Answer multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Knowledge with Quickbooks Online is an asset.
- Weekly electronic time sheets for payroll is accurate
- Sort, attach PO's and enter invoices.
- Maintain, cleaning and organization of the office.
- Updating, organizing MTO info for each truck & trailer.
- Other duties will be assigned as required.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Previous clerical experience is preferred, with an emphasis on organizational skills.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks Workforce is an asset.
