About the Opportunity:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Office Clerk to join our team on the Site C Project in Fort St. John, BC. This is an excellent opportunity for local candidates with good computer and office skills to contribute to a major infrastructure project in the region.

The work is Monday to Friday 11 hour days, 8 hours at straight time, 3 hours at overtime (1.5x)

A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a van or pickup truck is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive deliveries, inspect goods and update the inventory system.
  • Co-ordinate camp booking via excel and email.
  • Perform pickups of supplies in Fort St John and drive workers to and from the airport as required.
  • Support project tasks as directed by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Preference will be given to residents of Fort St. John, BC, or surrounding area.
  • Previous office / administrative work.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license – comfortable driving a pickup truck or van.
  • Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Able to work long hours
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
