We are looking for a skilled **Retail Key Account Manager** to oversee major clients relationship. You will be responsible for maintaining an existing long-term key customer by comprehending their requirements, meeting their expectations, and solving any issues they may encounter.

Contribute to sustaining and growing business with the key customer into the future.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and grow a relationship with major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to the customer in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between a key customer and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by the customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as **key account manager**:

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
- Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Experience with Loblaws, Metro and Sobeys is considered an asset
