**Tasks Description**:
- Handle your client’s portfolio (Key Accounts)
- Create quotes, orders and invoices when needed
- Ensure proper communication on their tools
- Handle renewals when needed with the Sales Manager
- Develop the portfolio to ensure we get the full business with each client
- Develop the clientele for the Brampton location
- With the use of the CRM
- In accordance with monthly & yearly targets that will be determined
- Replacement of other Service Representative during vacations & sick days
- Any other tasks requested by the direct supervisor
**Required Experience & Skills**:
- Relevant experience of 2 to 3 years.
- Good management of priorities, autonomy & resourcefulness
- Good level of communication
- Rigor, flexibility and good organization
