**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated Salesperson comfortable with follow up by phone to work in our Automotive Finance Centre. Working with new leads, old leads, and a solid customer base to assist client being pre-approved for automotive loans. This is not a vehicle sales position. Clients obtain pre-approvals then deal with other staff for vehicle selection.

**Duties**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain process and build relationships with prospective client.
- Work with Finance Management to obtain approval.
- Finalize with appointments in store to meet with Sales Management.

**Qualifications**
In order to be successful in this position you must have a strong work ethic, motivated, a great communicator, and driven by financial rewards. Spending most of your time working working with new prospects to work towards a pre-approval for a vehicle. Sometimes taking only a few minutes, and others taking weeks or months to cultivate the circumstances needed to finance a vehicle.

**Compensation**

$4000 per month Salary/Draw

Bonus Plan is Total commissions less Salary.

Commissions: $500 per Pre-approval that results in sold and delivered vehicle. $1000 bonus at 10 delivered.

Example: Pre-approvals result in 10 delivered units. $500x10=$5000 plus $1000 bonus at 10 deals = $6000 less $4000 salary = $2000 bonus.

Note: The Salary acts as a draw agains commission. The job expectations, based on the leads provided are such that 8 completed deals are very achievable and the opportunity exists for much more. 20 deals is a reasonable goal for t\he right person.

Pay: $48,000.00-$90,878.56 per year
