**Job Description**:
Accountabilities:

- Attend to walk-in clients by signing in/out vehicle ownerships and cheques at request.
- Maintain an inventory of all supplies; order, replenish, and stock all supplies as needed, by sourcing alternatives to benefit the business when possible
- Manage transactions and liaise between 3rd party finance providers
- Verify charges to ensure all billing is accurate and coordinate payment so all billing is reconciled in a timely manner
- Generate communications to be sent out to team members to update them on various changes and/or processes when required
- Sign over titles from sellers to buyers, and complete necessary work at Access Nova Scotia (registry), including assisting other Manheim Auction locations by obtaining titles. This includes regular visits to registry of motor vehicles.
- Print bidder badges and sale lists on sale day for customers
- Follow up with sellers on outstanding titles
- Send out titles and paperwork according to instructions in AS400
- Assist customers with Pay Online instructions and signing up on Manheim.ca
- Ensure payments and posting to AS400 (also adding AR charges for title work completed for customers)
- Ordering CarFax reports for all units in sale. Noting vehicle disclosures as needed. Contacting Carfax with any discrepancies.
- Maintain Auction Access. Updating customer information and setting up new business in Auction Access.
- Any other related task based on business needs

Prerequisites:

- High School Diploma or GED completed
- 2 - 3 years related experience
- Great organization skills and ability to manage numerous calendars and projects
- Ability to prepare, format, edit and compose business correspondence and presentations
- Excellent customer service, and professionalism
- Proficient in MS Office, especially with Excel
