Responsibilities and Duties:

- Coordinate with Production Team and Bindery Supervisor to produce and prioritize jobs and, when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
- Perform bindery folding functions as noted on work order/job tickets.
- Process handwork assembly according to specifications.
- Package jobs, complete work orders, tickets, and delivery receipts as necessary and placed in their assigned areas.
- Operate machine to produce orders.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Notify Production Supervisor or Customer Service Rep of any quality and/or quantity conflict.
- Monitor and manage inventory of bindery supplies; order and stock as instructed by the supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in Bindery is preferred.
- High school diploma/GED with experience or vocational/technical certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and attention to work station.
