Job description:
**Role**: Delivery Coordinator (Intermediate)
**Expected Start Date**: Around September 22nd

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Minimum 4 years of experience across various SAP domains.
- In the last 2 years, must have completed at least 200 person-days as a Delivery Coordinator using the Solution Manager (SOLMAN) tool in organizations of similar scale.

**Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Define delivery scope with implementation coordinators, product owners, and testing teams.
- Guide and monitor stakeholder activities throughout delivery cycles.
- Define and implement transition strategies, including data loading and deployment.
- Coordinate environment refresh activities and ensure operational stability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues involving digital and tech components.
- Ensure compliance with standards and supervise the work quality of team members.
- Provide advisory support to the team lead and service manager.

**Deliverables May Include**:

- Annual delivery plans and update roadmaps
- Detailed schedules for delivery and environment refresh
- Monthly management dashboards and follow-up reports
- Documentation for environment governance, training, procedures, etc.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50.00-$75.00 per hour
