**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of operations and prepare reports for management.
- Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Participate in training sessions and contribute to team meetings.
- Address any operational issues that arise promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is preferred but not required.
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.

Pay: $41,222.60-$87,064.79 per year
