With 6 branches across Metro Vancouver, Park Georgia Insurance Agencies has grown to be one of the largest P&C brokerages specializing in servicing Vancouver’s Canadian Chinese community.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional **Operations Associate** to join our team at our new head office. This full-time role requires an individual with strong administrative and analytical skills to assist a Director with:

- Analysis and implementation of operational improvement projects
- Data reporting and analysis of business performance metrics
- Drafting and implementation of product/service-related communications to internal staff, producers, and existing/prospective customers
- Working with our marketing partners to project manage text/video-based social media campaigns, including the drafting and translating of text content, as well as project manage short/long format video content.
- Ad-hoc event management targeting VIP customers and producers

**Requirements and Skills**:

- 2-3 years of experience in operations, corporate communications or office administrative roles
- Experience in process improvement, data reporting & analysis, corporate communications and/or marketing experience is preferred
- Experience in an insurance brokerage, insurance-related, or financial services company is preferred
- Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and self-learner
- Enjoyment of working in a team environment and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
