People Operations Associate (On-Site, Vancouver) $24-$34/hr Contract Length: 12 Months (Renewal & Conversion Potential) Location: On-Site - Vancouver, Canada Are you passionate about people, process, and creating exceptional employee experiences? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, globally connected People Operations team where you'll play a hands-on role supporting employees across the Americas while partnering with international stakeholders. As a People Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle - ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless transitions, and responsive HR support, all while helping elevate the overall employee experience. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries in the Americas region, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, benefits administration, and global mobility Execute HR Shared Services tasks in alignment with established SOPs and SLAs, maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail Serve as a Level 2 HR support agent, responding to employee and manager inquiries through a ticketing system (ServiceNow) Promote self-service solutions and knowledge articles to empower employees and streamline HR operations Identify recurring questions and contribute to building and refining HR FAQs and knowledge bases Partner cross-functionally to deliver thoughtful, end-to-end HR solutions that enhance the employee experience Support additional HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Up to 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services (multi-country support preferred) Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow Strong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Self-driven, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and processes Bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin strongly preferred, to collaborate with global and China-based teams Why This Role Competitive hourly pay: $24-$34/hr Gain experience supporting global HR operations within a dynamic, international environment Opportunity for contract renewal and potential conversion based on business needs Work on-site with a collaborative team in Vancouver, contributing to meaningful employee experiences every day TCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
