We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations at our establishment, including menu development, kitchen organization and staffing, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service. Must be a strong leader in line cooking and callling a brigade window.
Duties and responsibilities of the Executive Chef include:
- Executing the menu, including maintaining the consistancy and quality of each item.
- Managing the kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring the kitchen and all equipment are clean and well-maintained
- Monitoring food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence
- Implementing cost control measures to ensure profitability
- Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
