- Work safely at all times reporting any unsafe conditions immediately, while enforcing all Johns Manville safety polices and quality standards.
- Conducting product quality tests using ISO 17025 certified lab equipment. These tests include compression strength, dimensional stability, facer adhesion strength, core density and more.
- Lead projects in analyzing processing data and efficiency reports to identify trends and areas for product quality improvement.
- Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting on quality results to key internal stakeholders.
- Maintain lab equipment and scheduled PMs.
- Completing all QC paperwork and documentation in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- College degree would be preferred.
- Excellent time management. Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment would be considered an asset.
- Data driven and possess the ability to follow documented data collection procedures.
- Proficient with computer and Microsoft programs. Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with team members.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. safely.

**Must be able to tolerate heat, good vision, hearing, speaking, color vision, and finger dexterity skills are required, as well as the ability to operate heavy equipment. The ability to set up and follow simple work plans and communicate with co-workers is essential. Employee must pass forklift, and all plant related safety program tests.**
