**Role**
- To provide technical support to the Production team by operating robotics and fixed automated equipment, e.g Depositor, cooling tunnel, robotic packager, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Makes minor adjustments to machinery ensuring consistent quality of goods.
- Gives direction and monitors line operators to ensure desired product.
- Monitors and inspects the quality of all products in the assigned work area.
- Assists with machine changeovers, cleanings, and assisting with the setup of pre-programmed automated systems.
- Independently conducts thorough pre-shift work space inspections ensuring the machines are in good working order and all the safety concerns are reported or handled before machine start-up.
- Conducts regular and end of shift housekeeping duties including cleaning, maintaining and and making minors repairs to the machines, sweeping, disposing of trash and scrap, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge/Education
- Grade 12 or GED required.
- A college certificate or diploma related to food production is preferred.
- **Skills**
- Experience utilizing visual work instructions to complete a task independently.
- General mathematical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Food Safety Handling certificate is preferred.
- Current Fork Lift Licence is preferred
- **Experience**
- At least 1 year of experience in a robotic or automated production environment; food experience is preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

**Salary**: $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 48 per week
