- Organize your crew for each event
- Oversee the daily operations of the food truck, ensuring smooth and efficient service and complete daily safety and maintenance checks
- Organize your crew for each event and manage a team of food truck staff, including training, and scheduling
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food and supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage
- Coordinate with our restaurant team and management to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, both inside and outside

- Previous experience in food truck cooking is preferred but will also consider relevant hospitality, or restaurant management
- Valid G Driver's License
- Excellent deep frying skills
- Ability to troubleshoot the truck systems including cooking equipment and fire suppression
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to interview, train, and manage a team effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
