Montessori learning environment specializing in early literacy and numeracy to pre-school, junior kindergarten and kindergarten children. Daycare license allows provision of full day care.

**Start date: January 2024.**

**Experience**
- 2 - 3 years experience
- Early learning/education/montessori exposure. New graduates who are passionate about early learning are welcome to apply.
- ECE Certificate or Diploma or Bachelor of Education.
- Valid First Aid.
- Criminal Record Check (dated not longer than 6 months prior to start date).

**Responsibilities**
- Provide nurturing care and educational support to children in a safe environment.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining First Aid certification.
- Support children with disabilities, promoting inclusivity and individualized learning experiences.
