Job Summary:
We are seeking a Afternoon Client Service Representative/PrePress Operator to join our team. As a Client Service Representative/PrePress Operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded
- Provide product information and guidance to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions
- Process client orders and manage order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor client accounts, track sales data, and prepare reports for management
- Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients
- As a PrePress Operator, perform all necessary function to set up and impose; ensure proper formatting, appearance, and layout of text and images

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the printing industry.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in Customer service and Order Entry.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience within print/mail, direct mail/direct marketing, or consumer-oriented establishments, an asset.
- Must be a self-starter, technically literate with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing business environment.
